• The First Day of Christmas - By Margaux, our QVC Social Media host!

Red!  It’s bright, bold, eye catching and festive… the perfect combo to be a Christmas color. My first pick is perfect for the holiday season:  Bob Mackie's Mock Neck Long Sleeve Knit Top and Sequin Vest Set.  Item A229268.

This is a set.  So, you get two pieces!  They are done in a super comfy knit of 95% poly and 5% spandex, so this one is so easy to wear and feels great on your skin.  The mock turtleneck offers nice coverage for warmth without have too much in your way.  I find myself reaching for my turtlenecks almost daily because the temps have gotten cooler.   Take advantage of wearing the turtleneck with other things in your closet.

Then, add the pizazz when you layer the sequin vest on top.  Imagine how you will sparkle and brighten the room in this lovely ensemble.  You may even find yourself dressing it up with the vest over another fancier shirt that you have!  I’m really drawn to the reds this year, but if you love this and really want another color, there is black, grey, green and purple to choose from as well.

Check out the reviews for this when you visit QVC.com.  One of them is from a brand new QVC customer who had never purchased a Bob Mackie item before.  The other one shares a great recommendation for a pant to go with this set:

Bob Mackie's Wide Leg Regular Length Knit Pants.  Item A13015.

This is an extremely popular design by Bob.  The merlot choice would be your “red” color, but there are 13 other colors to choose from… you have to hurry though, they go quickly!

Just ask yourself what the upcoming days hold for parties, dinner with friends or just the right outfit to put you in the holiday mood.

    This is definitely a winner.

Check back with me tomorrow for another pick!

twelve days of christmas are important to take note of in order to understand that everything has separate parts that make a whole and sometimes they dont always come at the same time…keep hope alive!!!!
