As we say goodbye to Halloween 2013 and change the clocks once again to daylight savings, we find ourselves in full swing of the fall season. Are you ready? I should say is your wardrobe ready? Before you know it the holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years will be here. You don't want to be standing in front of your closet wondering 'What will I wear?' Prep now, start to plan ahead... think about the impressions you want to make this year. Are you doing anything or going anywhere special?
The good news is that Bob Mackie here to help. In fact, Bob is on QVC, live tomorrow Monday November 4th, at 11am, ET, with some fabulous new items to get you ready for the months ahead. Keep your eye out for this one:
It's Bob's Boatneck floral sequin panel crepe top, A239165, available in green, silver and my favorite,
The detail up close is amazing. The sequins are done on a lace fabric, which is layered over the crepe fabric. That panel is in the front of the top creating a colorblock effect.
This enhances the figure, doing what Bob does best... making us look taller, slimmer and more beautiful. The shimmer of the sequins will be the perfect extra touch for any holiday gathering, but I can also see this with a nice pair of jeans for a fun night out to dinner and a movie. Don't let the glamour fool you, this shirt is as comfy as you want your favorite tee shirt to be. Try it on for size and you'll see what I mean.
Be sure to tune in to spend some time with Bob to catch all the new items that he's bring with him, along with new color selections in your favorite things.
P.S. a quick Halloween follow up from the home front. It was a good time had by all... we had Batman to save the day:
our fairy princess to grant our wishes:
and a flashback from every child's memory... Scooby and the gang:
I don't usually dress up, but we were invited to a costume party, so I had a good reason. It was fun. I think I may have to do that again! What about you? Did you dress up for Halloween? We'd love to see photos!
I hope everyone remembered to turn their clocks back and get that extra hour of sleep. I'm sure we'll all feel a bit more rested.
Enjoy your week ahead!
